Everyone has the right to request the accessibility of the website, mobile application or any of their elements. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity shall immediately inform about when it will be possible to fulfill the request, and the deadline may not be longer than 2 months. If accessibility cannot be ensured, the public entity may propose an alternative way of accessing the information.

In case the entity refuses to comply with the request to ensure the availability or alternative access to information, a complaint may be made against such action. After exhausting all possibilities, the complaint may also be sent to the Ombudsman.

ACCESS AND ENTRY TO THE BUILDING

  • There are two parking spaces for persons with disabilities next to the building.
  • There is one entrance to the building from the Gdyńska street.
  • The entrance is accessible for wheelchair users.
  • There are no stairs in front of the entrance.

ARCHITECTURE OF THE BUILDING

  • There are three elevators in the building. Only one of them is accessible to wheelchair users.
  • The foundation's office is accessible to people using wheelchairs.
  • There is no toilet for people with disabilities in the building.

MOVING AROUND THE BUILDING

  • You can enter the building and all its rooms with an assistance dog and a guide dog.
  • There are no induction loops in the building.
  • There are no Braille markings in the building, no contrast or enlarged print markings for
    the blind and visually impaired.
  • It is not possible to use an online Polish Sign Language Interpreter (PJM) in the building.
